Alberta Storage Place owns Logic Business Centre, located on the premises. We provide professional, flexible, scalable and affordable business solutions. We offer unique office space solutions that no one else offers in Calgary. Our offices are offices not work stations, they have their own locking door, are furnished  and everyone has a window.  Logic Business Centre is conveniently located in South Foothills, just off Barlow Trail, between Deerfoot Trail and Glenmore Trail.

Logic Business Centre offers office rental, mini warehouse bays, fenced yards, commercial vehicle storage & a commercial mailing address, “We are more than Just Storage”.  No matter what your needs are we work with you to find a solution to meet your business requirements.

  • Office Rental in Detail. We offer a professional, fully furnished, office environment. Included in the already economical price is a Telus hotspot for wifi, free use of the Boardroom & free parking for you and your clients.  All leases are priced all inclusive (gross lease) so you do not have to be concerned about any surprises or hidden costs.  All offices have windows, some with mountain views!
  • Our Boardroom. Included in the monthly rent is the use of the Boardroom at no extra charge. The Boardroom features a large smart screen TV and white board for presentations.  Alternatively, if you just need a Boardroom to have an important meeting, you can rent it by the hour.

We have Warehouse Bays and Fenced Yards to accommodate your business.  It is unique to be able to offer several options to meet your business needs that are not offered anywhere else in the Calgary.  Our Warehouse Bays are 20′ clear height ceilings with all overhead doors at grade and  14′ high. Each bay is individually radiant heated and has an intrusion alarm system centrally monitored.

The Warehouse Bays are in high demand since it is unique to have this size of bay at an affordable gross lease rate.

We offer individual fenced yards that allow you to store valuable items that may not fit into a storage unit.  The fenced yards are also in high demand.

Whether you are looking for a Warehouse Bay, a fenced yard, or drive up storage we will find a solution for you.

  • Long Term Warehouse Bays.  Our three warehouse bays range in size from 1104 to 2300 square feet.
